2016 Honors & Awards Celebration

The Executive Committee of SME Tampa Bay, Florida Suncoast Chapter 159 is pleased to announce our 2016 Honors and Awards Celebration. This will be a joint meeting with the Florida West Coast Section of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).
Our celebration will take place on Thursday, December 15th from 5:30 – 8:30 PM at the Clearwater Country Club, 525 North Betty Lane, Clearwater, FL 33755.
Tom Mudano, Executive Director of the American Manufacturing Skills Initiative is our guest speaker.
The first of its kind, AMskills (http://www.amskills.org) is an industry-led economic and workforce development initiative delivering a high-tech, world class, four-year apprenticeship program to Tampa Bay students seeking advanced manufacturing careers.
We will also install the chapter’s newly elected 2016 officers. Here is our agenda:
5:30 – 6:30 Social Hour
6:30 – 7:30 Dinner
7:30 – 7:50 Guest Speaker
7:50 – 8:00 Honors and Awards
8:00 – 8:10 Officer Installation
8:10 – 8:30 Door Prizes
Our celebration is $32.00 for SME Members and $37.00 for Guests, payable at the door by cash or check.
